What's Included :
- Includes all day re-entry
- Each admission ticket is valid for one (1) child
- Includes complimentary entry for up to two (2) accompanying adults
- Additional adults will be charged RM5 per person.
Terms & Conditions
1. Operating Hours
Admission tickets are valid during our normal operating hours only. Operating hours are generally 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, unless otherwise stated. Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Private Events & Venue Closure
Kizsports & Gym may be closed partially or fully for private events, birthday parties, maintenance, or other operational requirements. Admission tickets are not valid during these closure periods. Any scheduled closures will be announced on our official social media platforms where possible.
3. Socks Policy
For hygiene and safety purposes, all children and accompanying adults entering the play area are required to wear socks at all times.
4. Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the premises unless prior approval has been granted by Management or for special dietary or medical requirements.
5. Safety & Conduct
All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Running outside designated play areas, rough play, bullying, fighting, misuse of equipment, vandalism, or any behaviour that may endanger others is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request any individual to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
6. Parental / Guardian Supervision
All children must be supervised by a parent or responsible guardian aged 18 years and above at all times. Kizsports & Gym does not provide childcare services. Children must not be left unattended on the premises under any circumstances.
7. Health & Hygiene
For the wellbeing of all guests, children or adults who are unwell, have a contagious illness, fever, or any infectious condition are kindly requested not to enter the play area.
8. Personal Belongings & Liability
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Kizsports & Gym shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. While reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe environment, all play activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk. Management shall not be held responsible for any injury resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety rules, or inadequate supervision by the accompanying adult.
9. Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request any guest to leave the premises, without refund, if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if their conduct compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests.
10. Ticket Policy
All admission tickets are valid for one (1) entry only unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are valid only for the date and session purchased and are non-transferable to another person or date.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
11. Photography & Marketing
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken within the premises for promotional and marketing purposes. By entering Kizsports & Gym, guests consent to the use of such images unless they notify our staff otherwise.
12. General
Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, operating hours, admission prices, promotions, and policies at any time without prior notice whenever necessary for operational or safety reasons.
