- Children 0–99 cm tall must ride with one accompanying adult.

- Children 100 cm and above may ride alone.

- Parents are still encouraged to accompany them on their first ride

- The maximum combined weight of a child and accompanying adult is 75 kg.

- Only one adult may accompany each child.

- Young drivers must wear seat belts at all times.

- Karts are limited to a maximum speed of 8 km/h.

- The track uses water-filled safety barriers designed to absorb impacts and provide a controlled environment.

- All guests must follow the venue's house rules.

- KF Kiddy Circuit is not responsible for injuries or damages incurred by patrons.

- The operator may refuse admission or remove guests without refund for disorderly, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

- Admission is charged per ride. An adult riding with a child counts as part of that ride.

- The activity is not wheelchair accessible.
