Access to All Zones : Forest Escape Playground, Castle Adventure Skate and Scoot , Imaginative & Kids Arcade and Bumper Car.
Terms & Condition :
1. Ticket Validity & Usage
Open Date Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Promotional Tickets Valid until LAST DATE OF PROMOTIONAL DATE. (NOT 30 DAYS on DATE OF PURCHASE)
Visitors must present their E-ticket (QR code) at the ticket counter to collect the entry wristband.
All visitors must wear their issued wristband at all times while inside the facility.
A refundable deposit of RM10 per wristband will be collected at the counter and refunded upon return of the wristband in good condition.
Tickets cannot be refunded, cannot be cancelled, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Supervision & Safety
Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES inside the playground.
Visitors agree to follow all posted Rules & Regulations, safety guidelines, and staff instructions.
Fun X World is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from negligence, lack of supervision, or improper use of equipment by visitors.
For safety reasons, no pets, no outside food & drinks, no smoking, no vaping, and no alcohol consumption are allowed inside the playground.
3. Game Credits
Game credits are for same-day use only.
Game credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
4. Email Confirmation & E-Ticket Delivery
It is recommended to use a personal email address when purchasing tickets.
If a work email is used and the confirmation email is not received, please check the Spam/Junk folder.
If no confirmation or E-ticket is received, please contact help@ticket2u.com for assistance.
5. Changes, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Once a reservation is confirmed, Fun X World reserves the right to impose charges for:
Last-minute cancellations
“No-show” on the day of visit
Tickets not used within the validity period are considered forfeited and non-refundable.
6. Accuracy of Visitor Information
Visitors must provide accurate and complete information during ticket purchase and registration.
Fun X World reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel any ticket or entitlement if false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is provided.
Fees and tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
7. Ticket Transferability
Confirmed registrations may be transferred to another person.
Visitors are required to notify Fun X World in advance of any ticket transfer to ensure the correct IC/Passport number is recorded for insurance purposes.
8. Re-Entry Policy
In accordance with Fun X World’s policy, each valid wristband permits ONE entry and ONE exit only.
Visitors wishing to leave the premises must follow the stamp/chop verification procedure.
Visitors without the required verification will not be allowed re-entry.
9. Operating Hours
Fun X World reserves the right to change or adjust operating hours without prior notice, due to:
Maintenance requirements
Safety concerns
Special events
Mall or government directives
10. Technical Issues & System Errors
In the event of ticketing system errors, duplicate transactions, or failed payments, visitors may reach out to help@ticket2u.com for verification and resolution.
Fun X World will not be responsible for delays caused by external service providers (payment gateway, email server, etc.).
11. Missed Booking / Session Policy
If a guest misses their scheduled session, Fun X World reserves the right to reschedule based on availability.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to operational capacity.
No refunds will be provided for missed or unused bookings.
12. Rights of Management
Fun X World reserves the right to:
Refuse entry to any person who violates the rules or behaves in a manner that endangers others.
Modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Cancel or close areas of the facility for maintenance, safety, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
13. General Liability Disclaimer
By entering Fun X World, visitors acknowledge that participation in activities involves a degree of risk.
Fun X World shall not be held responsible for:
Personal injury caused by misuse of equipment
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Failure of visitors to adhere to safety rules or supervision guidelines
Visitors agree that entry constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
