Product Descriptions

Ticket Type : 
- Tini Infant - (below 7 months ) 
Multiple-entry admission to TiniTin Town on the same day.

- Tini Toddler - (7months  to 2 years old)  (age by year of born) 
Multiple-entry admission to TiniTin Town on the same day.
One (1) FREE Adult (for guardian purpose)

- Tini Kid - ( 3 years old  to 10 years old)  
Multiple-entry admission to TiniTin Town on the same day.
One (1) FREE Adult (for guardian purpose)

- Tini Teen-  (11 years old  to 17 years old) 
 Multiple-entry admission to TiniTin Town on the same day.
One (1) FREE Adult (for guardian purpose)

- Tini Adult - (18 years old and above)  
Multiple-entry admission to TiniTin Town on the same day.
Applicable only if the number of adults exceeds the number of children, or if only a Tini Infant ticket is purchased.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Require to purchase 1 day in advance. Allow a maximum of 48 hours for TiniTin Town management to generate an e-ticket for you after payment is made to Zera Mom.
- There are charges for switching from non-peak to peak sessions in the event of incorrect purchases. No refunds will be given for switching from peak to non-peak sessions.
- The child's ticket age shall be determined by the child's birth year. Kindly purchase the correct tickets according to your child's age (following year of birth).
- Socks are compulsory and grip socks are highly recommended for all guests (Kids & Adults) – available onsite for RM 5/pair

Ticket Terms and Conditions : 
- Allow a maximum of 48 hours for TiniTin Town management to generate an e-ticket for you after payment is made in Ticket2U.
- Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events, and/or promotions.
- NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
- No outside foods & beverages.
- All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an email notification will be sent to your email address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
- We recommend you use a personal email address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work email for the transaction and have not received the email notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any email notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at ticketing@tinitintown.com.my & tinitintown@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0127099772 for further assistance.
