Product Descriptions

1. All students will have their temperature checked and hands sanitised upon arrival before entering class. To ensure the health and safety of all students and staff, Oobi reserves the right to refuse entry if a child or accompanying adult is unwell.

2. Punctuality is essential, as it helps maintain a smooth and organized start to each session.

3. If your child is unwell, please inform us as early as possible. This helps us maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment for everyone.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your child is unable to attend a class, a cancellation notice is required at least 12 hours before the schedule class time.

- notice provided more than 12 hours before the class will allow the session to be carried forward.

- notice provided less than 12 hours before the class will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited.

5. For adult-accompanied programmes, children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult throughout the duration of the class.

6. To ensure a positive learning environment for all students, Oobi reserves the right to remove a child from the class if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents the class from proceeding effectively.

7. Photography and videography are welcomed for personal memories. However, please respect the privacy of other families.

8. Oobi reserves the right to cancel a class if the teacher is unwell and a suitable substitute teacher is unavailable.

9. Classes will not be held during religious public holidays and school holiday programmes. For other public holidays, Oobi will notify parents in advance if classes are cancelled.
