Our Kids Yoga class is a fun and engaging session designed to help children build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence through yoga, movement, games, storytelling, and mindfulness activities. In a safe and supportive environment, children develop healthy habits, emotional resilience, and social skills while having fun and expressing their creativity.

Product Descriptions

What's Included : 
Each Kids Yoga class includes:
🧘‍♀️ A professionally guided kids yoga session led by a certified instructor
🎲 Fun yoga games, movement activities, and mindfulness exercises
📖 Interactive storytelling and creative activities (where applicable)
🌈 Age-appropriate social-emotional learning and confidence-building exercises
🧺 Use of yoga mats and props during the session (subject to venue availability)
👧 A safe, supportive, and engaging environment designed for children's learning and wellbeing


1. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
* Participation is open to children registered by Zera Mom members (“Participants”).
* Class details (date, time, venue, age group) will be communicated in advance.
* Hot Yo Studio reserves the right to adjust class structure for safety, capacity, or operational needs.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY
* Parents/guardians must ensure all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs are disclosed prior to class.
* Participants must be physically fit to take part in light movement-based activities.
* Hot Yo Studio will take reasonable care for safety but is not liable for injuries arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow instructions.

3. SUPERVISION & CONDUCT
* Children must follow instructor guidance at all times.
* Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.
* Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up where applicable.

4. FEES & PAYMENTS
* Fees (if applicable) must be paid in full prior to the class unless otherwise stated.
* All payments are non-transferable unless approved by the Organizer.
* Refunds are only provided in cases of class cancellation by the Organizer.

5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
* If Hot Yo Studio cancels a class, participants will be offered a refund or reschedule option.
* If a participant is absent or cancels within 12 hours of class, no refund will be provided.
* In cases of force majeure (e.g., weather, venue issues), classes may be rescheduled.

6. LIABILITY
* Participation is at the sole risk of the parent/guardian.
* Hot Yo Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
* Liability is limited to the value of the class fee paid.

7. MEDIA & MARKETING
* Photos or videos may be taken during class for marketing purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted before the session.
* All content remains the property of Hot Yo Studio and may be used across digital platforms.

8. PERSONAL DATA
* Participant information will be used solely for registration, communication, and Program-related purposes.
* Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required for Program delivery.

9. GENERAL
* Hot Yo Studio reserves the right to amend class details, instructors, or venue when necessary.
* Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
