Promotion Details
- This promotion is exclusively available to verified Zera Mom subscribers only.

- RM59 for one (1) trial swim class.
- Normal trial class price: RM79.
- Promotion is valid for selected available slots only and is subject to availability.
- Limited to one (1) promotional trial per student.
- This promotion is applicable to new students only and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.

About Our Centre
- We are a non-smoking facility, including all outdoor areas and car parks.
- We are a breastfeeding-friendly facility. Mothers may breastfeed anywhere on the premises. Private seating arrangements may also be requested from the front desk staff.
- Students attending classes may use the shallow pool before or after class, subject to supervision.
- Poolside equipment used for classes must not be removed.
- Parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Lost & Found boxes are available near the changing rooms and reception.
- Aquabubs Swim School is not liable for any lost or misplaced belongings.

Pool Dress Code & Attire
- Babies and Toddlers must wear a properly fitted swim diaper during class.
- Students who are not potty trained will not be allowed to participate without a swim diaper.
- Regular diapers are strictly not permitted in the pool.
- Swimming aids and floatation devices are not required as all necessary equipment will be provided during class.
- Goggles may be worn for Dolphins and Sharks classes where appropriate.
- Goggles must be properly fitted before class.
- Children with long hair must tie their hair back and wear a swimming band or swim cap.
- Parents/caregivers entering the pool must wear proper swim attire.
- No cotton t-shirts, shorts, or long pants permitted in the pool.
- Rash guards, lyra tops, or dri-fit swimwear are recommended.
- Swimmers with special needs or learning disabilities must wear appropriate swim attire and swim diapers where necessary.

Trial Class Policies
- Trial class bookings are only confirmed upon full payment.
- Trial class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a trial class.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the session.
- Trial participants are required to arrive 15–20 minutes before class commencement to allow sufficient time for registration and changing.
- Students arriving more than 10 minutes late for a trial class may not be permitted to join the class, as late entry may disrupt the lesson.
- Replacement classes will not be provided.
- If a child refuses to enter the water or participate during the trial session, any additional trial session offered will be at the discretion of the instructor and/or Deck Supervisor.
- Refunds will not be provided.

Pool Safety, Hygiene & Etiquette

Hygiene
- All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
- Children displaying symptoms of illness should not attend class until fully recovered.
- No food or snacks are permitted near the pool deck or changing rooms.
- Parents/caregivers entering the baby pool must wash their feet beforehand.
- Shoes are not permitted on the pool deck.

Safety
- Parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times outside of active lesson supervision.
- During busy sessions, only one parent/caregiver may remain poolside during class to minimise distractions.
- Glass bottles, containers, or glassware are strictly prohibited on the pool deck.

Etiquette
- Please arrive punctually for all classes.
- Trial students or new students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class.
- Shower and changing facilities are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Parents and swimmers are expected to keep changing rooms, reception, and play areas clean and tidy.

Complaints & Feedback
- We value all feedback and suggestions from parents and swimmers.
- Any complaints or feedback may be submitted to the front desk and will be attended to by management as promptly as possible.

Liability & Rights of Management
- Participation in swimming activities carries inherent risks. Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks upon participation.
- Aquabubs Swim School reserves the right to amend schedules, instructors, class structures, pricing, policies, promotions, and terms & conditions without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate enrolment for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Final interpretation of all policies and terms rests with the management of Aquabubs Swim School.
