Between the ages of 4 and 7, children begin navigating friendships, teamwork, classroom expectations and increasingly complex emotions.

Brainbow Rainbow Adventure helps children develop the emotional and social skills they need to confidently face these everyday challenges by building:

• Confidence to speak up and express themselves
• Emotional regulation and resilience
• Friendship and communication skills

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Independence and responsible decision-making
• Focus, self-control and flexible thinking

Using neuroscience, purposeful play, stories, movement, creative activities and real-life practice, children develop practical skills they can use both in school and at home.

Important Information

Rescheduling

• Trial classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Trial bookings are valid for one month from the booking date.

Arrival

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the class begins.

Health

• If your child is unwell or has contagious symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your session.

Programme Suitability

• Brainbow is a small-group emotional intelligence programme designed for children who are able to participate in a group learning environment with the level of support available during class.
• It is not designed as an individual therapeutic or specialised intervention programme and may not be suitable for children requiring intensive one-to-one support.
