I understand that participation in art activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
- Contact with art materials and paints
- Possible stains or damage to clothing
- Use of art tools and equipment
- Physical activity during sessions
- Potential slips, trips, or falls

• HEALTH & SAFETY
- I confirm that the participant is in good health and fit to participate.
- I will inform Omomo Nook staff of any changes in health condition.
- I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary.

• CLOTHING & BELONGINGS
- Classes can get messy — appropriate clothing is strongly recommended.
- Omomo Nook is not responsible for damaged or stained clothing.
- Omomo Nook is not liable for any lost or stolen personal items.

• SUPERVISION & BEHAVIOR
- Children aged 2 years and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children above 2 years old may attend independently; parents may wait in the shop area.
- Participants must follow all staff instructions.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

• PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
- Omomo Nook may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing and social media purposes.
- Please indicate your consent to staff if any.

• CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- All passes are non-refundable.
- Validity periods are strictly enforced.
- No-shows will forfeit the session.

• LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby release and discharge Omomo Nook, its owners, employees, and instructors from all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in these classes, including injuries or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
