Product Descriptions
1. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
●
The
1-Hour Pass is available for CASH PAYMENT
ONLY.
●
A deposit will be
collected together with the 1-Hour Pass.
●
The
deposit will only be refunded on the same day
and during the same visit.
●
Failure
to claim the deposit
before leaving the premises
will result in the
deposit being forfeited.
●
The
deposit must be claimed at
the counter immediately upon completion of the 1-hour
play session.
2. 2. DEPOSIT REFUND
●
The
deposit will only be
refunded to the same person whose name is stated
on the receipt.
●
The
customer must present the relevant receipt when
claiming the deposit.
●
Deposit
refunds cannot be transferred
to another person or
claimed on behalf of another customer.
3. 3. GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
●
All
children using the 1-Hour Pass must be under the active supervision and responsibility
of their parent or guardian at all
times.
●
The
parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that
the child follows all
applicable house rules and
safety instructions.
●
Use
of the 1-Hour Pass is at the customer's
own risk.
●
No
insurance coverage or liability is provided
by Kiddytopia specifically for customers using the 1-Hour
Pass, except where
otherwise required under applicable law.
4. 4. HOUSE RULES
●
All
customers must comply with Kiddytopia's house rules, safety guidelines and staff instructions
at all times.
●
Management
reserves the right to take appropriate action, including stopping
play, where a customer fails to
comply with the house rules or safety
requirements.
5. 5. ADDITIONAL CLEANING
CHARGE
A additional RM20 cleaning charge will apply in the following circumstances:
●
Accidental
urination within the premises;
●
Vomiting
within the premises; or
●
Any
diaper-changing incident
resulting in contamination or
requiring additional cleaning
The RM20 charge is applicable to cover additional cleaning and
sanitisation required.
6 6. 1-HOUR PLAY DURATION
●
The
1-Hour Pass is strictly limited
to one (1)
hour of playtime.
●
Customers
are required to complete
their play session within
the allocated 1-hour period.
●
Customers
must proceed to the
counter immediately after completing their 1-hour session
to settle the pass
and claim the refundable
deposit.
7. 7. DEPOSIT FORFEITURE
The deposit will be forfeited if:
●
The
customer fails to return
to the counter after
completing the 1-hour session;
●
The
customer leaves the premises
before claiming the deposit;
●
The
customer fails to comply
with the applicable deposit
refund procedure; or
●
The
customer does not claim the
deposit within the same
visit and same day.
8. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
K Kiddytopia reserves the right
to amend, update or revise these
Terms & Conditions when necessary. By purchasing and using the 1-Hour
Pass, the customer
acknowledges that they have read, understood
and agreed to comply
with these Terms &
Conditions and the applicable
house rules.
