Product Descriptions

- All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Munchkidz is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe play or misuse of equipment.

- All posted notices, rules, and wall si.gns must be observed and followed.

- Grippy socks are mandatory for both children and adults in the playground. Bare feet and shoes are strictly prohibited. Socks can be purchased at the front desk if forgotten.

- Food and drinks are only permitted in the seating area. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. No food or drink is permitted inside the play space.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the restrooms.

- Hands must be washed or sanitized before entering the playground.

- Slides must be used feet‑first. Toys are not allowed on climbing structures. Balls must remain inside the ball pit.

- Entry will be refused to anyone showing signs of illness. Please ensure you and your child are healthy before visiting.

- Improper use of toys or equipment may result in removal from the play area.

- Only the adult/guardian who signed in the child may check them out. Third‑party pick‑ups are not permitted.

- Munchkidz reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

- Parents, guardians, or children may be asked to leave for inappropriate behavior, unsuitable attire, disorderly conduct, or refusal to cooperate with staff instructions.

- Munchkidz and its affiliates are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, or for injuries sustained while on the premises.

- Trolleys, strollers, and wheelchairs are not permitted in the play area to ensure clear passageways.

- Bags, books, or folders may be inspected by staff upon request.

- Damage or defacement of equipment, toys, or library materials is strictly prohibited. Compensation will be required for any damages.

- Munchkidz reserves the right to close the outlet at any time. Guests must exit upon request, and no compensation or refund will be provided for early closure.

- Guests are responsible for their own safety. Munchkidz is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents such as tripping, falling, or collisions within the premises.
