What's included : 
All materials are included for the trial class

Course withdrawals
• Fees are strictly non-refundable
• If you plan withdrawal from a course, please inform us at least 1 month in advance.
• Any deposit paid will be deducted from the remaining school fees.
• If you stop attending for 2 months or more, you will be considered a new student upon re-enrolment.

Make-up or catch-up classes.
• There are no refunds for missed classes.
• Students are not entitled to catch-up classes. An alternative session may be offered within two weeks of the missed class, subject to availability.
• Requests for replacement classes must be made in advance. Notifications given on the day of the missed class or afterward will not be accepted, as our instructors have already allocated their time for the scheduled session.

School fee
• School fees must be paid on the first lesson of each semester or month.
• Fees cannot be combined across different months. Example, if you attend 2 sessions in 1 month and 2 sessions in the following month, payment must still be made separately for each month.

Miscellaneous
• There will be 45 classes per year (15 lessons per semester) 1 year 3 semester, 1 semester 4 months.
• Cocoart studio reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• If you wish to change your lessons days, (e.g. from Monday to Tuesday or Thursday), the semester-based fee structure (4 months payment for 15 lessons) will still apply.

Medical
• Students with specific medical condition or allergy should notify us upon registration.

Safety and Security
• Parents are required to escort their children to and from the studio. Please do not drop off your child more than 10 minutes before the class start time and ensure they are picked up no later than 10 minutes after the class ends. Tutors may have commitments at other venues, and supervision cannot be guaranteed outside these times.

Course Cancellations
• If a course is cancelled due to insufficient student enrollment, students will be notified and given an option to transfer to a similar course or receive a full refund.
