Home Visit Coverage:
Zone 1: KLCC & Mont Kiara
Zone 2: Kepong, Batu Caves & Setapak
Zone 3: Subang Jaya & Puchong

Terms & Conditions : 
- We generally provide home visits within approximately 10 km of these service zones, subject to therapist availability and scheduling.
- Please provide your postcode/location when booking so we can confirm whether home visit service is available in your area.

- The session must be attended on the date and time booked.
- If Playful Pathways needs to reschedule the session due to circumstances on our side, the session will remain valid for 30 days from the original booking date, subject to availability.
- ZÉRA MOM members may redeem the listed service according to the availability and redemption limits provided by Playful Pathways.
- Advance booking is required and sessions are subject to availability.
- The redeemed session must be used within the validity period stated in the ZÉRA MOM listing.
- Parents are required to provide relevant information about the child before the session where requested.
- For cancellations or rescheduling, at least 12 hours' notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling without the required notice, as well as no-shows, will be counted as a redeemed session.
- Playful Pathways may recommend further assessment, intervention or consultation with other professionals where clinically indicated.
- A ZÉRA MOM trial session does not guarantee enrolment into an ongoing Playful Pathways programme.
- Any subsequent services booked directly with Playful Pathways after the ZÉRA MOM session will be subject to Playful Pathways' current programme fees and terms.
- Parents remain responsible for supervising their child before and after the session and following reasonable safety instructions provided by the therapist.
- Please inform Playful Pathways in advance of any relevant medical, developmental, behavioural or safety considerations that may affect the session.

- Review of the child's developmental history and current concerns
- Observation of communication, interaction, play and regulation
- Discussion with parents about the child's strengths and areas of concern
- Practical recommendations based on the child's current developmental needs
- Guidance on possible next steps, including early intervention and/or referral to other professionals where appropriate
