CrossFit Kids

Suitable For : 
3 to 12 years old 

Our classes are designed to encourage toddlers to explore, roam, climb, swing, tumble and a whole range of imaginative play. From mastering the art of crawling, walking, running and jumping, to gymnastic movements such as hanging, forward/backward roll, wheelbarrow, handstand and pullover, we aim to support your child’s physical development.

We help children develop physically through game-based exercises. Moreover, we hope to cultivate a healthy lifestyle which hopefully will transition into their teenage years and even adulthood.

Before You Arrive
• Comfortable sportswear (ready to jump, run, and climb!)
• Prepare proper sports shoes (most activities are done bare-footed, some will require shoes)
• Water bottle (hydration = better performance!)
• Light snack if needed (not too full, not too hungry)

House Rules
• Listen to coaches — safety first, always
• Be kind, be supportive, be a great teammate
• Give your best effort (we celebrate trying, not just winning!)
• Have FUN — that’s non-negotiable
