• Available in-person at Axon Children's Centre @ Cyberjaya or virtually

• Exploration of concerns related to communication, behaviour, learning, attention, sensory processing, motor skills, social skills, emotional regulation, and school readiness
• Identification of developmental strengths and areas that may require further support
• Recommendations for next steps, including monitoring, assessment, intervention, educational support, or referrals where appropriate
• Opportunity for parents to ask questions and gain clarity regarding their child's development
This consultation does not include a formal assessment, diagnosis, therapy session, written report, certificate, or official documentation.
Terms & Conditions – Child Development Consultation
1. The Child Development Consultation is a one-time consultation session lasting approximately 50–60 minutes and may be conducted either physically at Axon Children's Centre or virtually via an approved online platform.
2. The consultation is intended to provide parents or caregivers with professional guidance regarding developmental concerns and possible next steps. It does not constitute a diagnostic assessment, formal evaluation, therapy session, medical consultation, or diagnosis.
3. Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to attend the consultation. The child may be required to attend depending on the nature of the concerns and the professional's recommendation.
4. Any recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the information shared by the parent/caregiver and any observations made during the session. Recommendations may change following a comprehensive assessment or further professional evaluation.
5. The consultation fee, if applicable, is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
6. Requests to reschedule must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be considered a missed appointment and may not be eligible for replacement.
7. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the consultation will be forfeited.
8. For virtual consultations, parents are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment that allows effective communication during the session.
9. Information shared during the consultation will be treated confidentially and managed in accordance with applicable privacy and professional practice requirements. However, disclosure may be made where required by law or where there are safeguarding concerns involving the child or others.
10. Axon Children's Centre reserves the right to assign the most suitable professional for the consultation based on the concerns presented.
11. Participation in the consultation does not guarantee eligibility, admission, enrolment, assessment outcomes, therapy outcomes, funding approval, or placement in any programme or service offered by Axon Children's Centre.
12. By booking and attending the consultation, parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
