Terms & Conditions : 

By registering for a Growing Minds programme or service, parents/guardians agree to the following:

- **Payment:** Fees must be paid in advance to confirm enrolment. Fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- **Attendance & Cancellation:** Please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** for cancellations. Replacement sessions, where applicable, are subject to availability and must be completed within the same term.
- **Late Arrival:** Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if a child arrives late.
- **Health:** Please keep your child at home if they are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
- **Safety:** Growing Minds will take reasonable steps to provide a safe, supportive and appropriately supervised environment.
- **Programme Suitability:** Programmes may be adjusted according to the child’s needs. Specific academic, behavioural or developmental outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- **Communication:** Parents should inform us of relevant medical, developmental, behavioural or learning information that may affect their child’s participation.
- **Photos & Privacy:** Personal information will be handled with appropriate confidentiality. Identifiable photos/videos will only be used publicly with parent/guardian consent.
- **Programme Changes:** Growing Minds may make reasonable changes to schedules, facilitators or programme arrangements when necessary, with notice where possible.
- **Services:** Growing Minds reserves the right to review or discontinue services where there are safety concerns, unpaid fees, repeated breaches of centre policies, or where a programme is no longer suitable for the child.
